Your workspace moves to the Free plan and stays on it for as long as you want. You keep your files, collections and share links, and you can upgrade at any time.
If the workspace uses more than 1 administrator or 10 GB by then, it becomes read-only instead: everyone can still browse and download, and uploads and invites resume once you choose a paid plan or bring usage back within Free. Nothing is deleted.
